Add Library Guides to bCourses: Add LinkedIn Learning to bCourses

Instructors in bCourses can follow the instructions below to add links to specific library guides in the course navigation section of bCourses course or project sites.

Adding Videos from Lynda.com in bCourses

Students, staff and faculty have free access to thousands of courses and online videos covering software, technology, business and creative skills on Lynda.com. Lynda includes courses on Adobe and Microsoft tools and thousands of other trainings for developers, web design, audio and video production, and much more.

To add Lynda videos to bCourses:

  1. Login to the UC Berkeley Lynda account via the link above or at http://ucblib.link/lynda
  2. Once you find a video you'd like to include in bCourses:
    • Choose the Share link and copy the URL listed under Share this course within your organization

  3. Make your way to the place in your bCourses class where you'd like to add the video link.
  4. Choose the Edit button

  5. Highlight the text you'd like to turn into a link, and choose the Link to URL button

  6. Save your changes!
