Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) is a research discovery application that provides gene expression pathway analysis. Functional annotations relating to biological and chemical interactions, cellular phenotypes, and disease processes are derived from the scientific literature.
Use of IPA requires registration using a berkeley.edu e-mail address.
