After logging into "regular" Capital IQ, mouse over "Screening" and choose "Companies"
From the Screening menu, choose "Industry Classification." You may also want to restrict geography to U.S.
Choose "REITs" (or a subcategory of REITs) as your industry and click "Add Criteria" in the lower right.
