The file in PDF format found in the other column can be viewed and printed easily from various different computer platforms using the widely-known Adobe Reader internet browser plug-in, available as a free download from Adobe at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. This format, however, requires that you (or someone else) actually play the music, which may pose a problem for some Cal enthusiasts.
"All Hail! Blue and Gold," "Fight for California," and "Sons of California" are also presented below using Sibelius notation software, which produces a file format (*.sib) that allows music not only to be viewed and printed easily from various different computer platforms, but even transposed and played back using Scorch, an internet browser plug-in available as a free download from Sibelius/Avid at http://www.sibelius.com/products/scorch/index.html. Scorch allows you to playback Sibelius *.sib files using the sounds provided by your own computer sound card/files or external MIDI device, such as a sound module or synthesizer.
For *.mp3 audio/sound files of some Cal favorites please browse the Cal Band webpages. Go Bears!
