Map Mashup: Scanned Source Maps

We've pre-selected a collection of scanned maps from the Earth Sciences & Map Library collection for you to use as source map(s) for your Map Mashup creation! The maps below are in the public domain unless otherwise noted.

We hope these are helpful, but you can use any map from our collection as the basis for your creation. You can browse through other maps that have already been scanned or search through all our maps in UC Library Search. You can request a scan of a different map from our collection to use in your map mashup when you register, or afterwards by emailing us at mapmashup@berkeley.edu.

We are offering one scan per person at no charge for use in the Map Mashup. Our ability to fulfill scan requests depends on demand, staff availability, and the condition of the requested material.
