About the Chemistry, Astronomy & Physics Library: Seminar Rooms

An overview of the Chemistry, Astronomy & Physics Library's collections and services

Seminar Room Reservations

In addition to the reading room and mezzanine, the Chemistry, Astronomy & Physics Library is also home to three seminar rooms: 100D, 100E, and 100F Hildebrand Hall. Each room seats approximately 33 people with 8 movable tables. There is a flat screen monitor in each room, equipped with an HDMI cable, as well as whiteboards. The Library does not provide any cable adaptors for the use of the monitors or markers for the whiteboards.

The library seminar rooms are managed by the office of the College of Chemistry and priority for reservations is given to College of Chemistry courses and exams. When available, administrators, faculty, staff and students of the College of Chemistry, Department of Astronomy or Department of Physics may reserve the space for academic or university-related purposes.
