Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Earth & Planetary Science: Home

Thank you for taking the time to explore the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Library Collection created in partnership by UCB Earth & Planetary Science and the Earth Sciences and Map Library. Stemming from an impressive call to action by a group of Earth & Planetary Science Graduate Students, we’ve found a way to provide resources to further educate faculty, staff, and students on the topic of DEI. As a society we must take the time to reflect, listen, and learn how to become better people. In this collection you’ll find various resources lifting up diverse voices in the Earth Sciences field, articles in the Zotero Library Group, electronic and physical books, and much more with the main focus of promoting Diversity Equity and Inclusion.

A special acknowledgement must be given to the Engineering Library as they provided the template for departments and library partnerships creating such efforts to promote DEI together.
