LibAnswers is an online reference platform. Key features include:

  • Online chat reference (LibChat) with 24/7 Co-Op membership
  • A searchable knowledge base of FAQs
  • Reference analytics to track queries, tickets, and chats

How to Get Started

To start using LibAnswers:

  1. Request an account (Kiyoko Shiosaki).
  2. When prompted, use the "Get Started" page to begin your onboarding.
