When you have an account and are prompted to enable your bCal calendar integration, perform these steps:
Click the dots next to your name and selecting Settings and sharing from the dropdown.
Scroll down to Share with specific people, selecting + Add People, and pasting "libcal-sync@libcal-sync-214920.iam.gserviceaccount.com" into the Add email or name field.
Select Make changes to events from the dropdown menu and click Send.
