Usually the simplest way to find a book in translation in UC Library Search is to search by the author's name and limit the results to English language.
If you are not searching for a particular work, but just for translations in general, try a subject search.
It is not necessary to limit the material type to books, but a search that includes articles will retrieve book reviews and other articles about translations.
Adding the term bibliography to your subject search will retrieve works that list works in translation, such as
